April GLOSSYBOX - Natural Beauty

Aprils GLOSSYBOX was a natural inspired one, it even came in a super cute 100% biodegradable box! I guess we can look good and still look after the environment ;) To be honest if this box hadn't of been overly great I was going to unsubscribe from GLOSSYBOX. After the disappointment of the 'Harrods Box' (I didn't even write a post on it I was that annoyed) I contemplated the fact I maybe wasn't worth £12 every month. However, this box arrived and I loved it!

Firstly is my favorite product, the Figs + Rouge Lip Balm - this stuff is bloody amazing! It goes on the lips with a gritty texture which exfoliates the lips, but that melts away in a gorgeous moisturising balm that tastes and smells amazing! I leaves your lips feeling amazing and it has quickly replaced all the lip balms in my handbag as my favourite. You can buy these in Boots for £3.29.

Next up is the only other product I've tried and that is the Inika Certified Organic Eyeliner. I got a gorgeous emerald green colour which I love! It's slightly shimmery and with such a creamy consistency it applies really well! These are £11.75 to buy and even though I think its gorgeous I wouldn't be rushing out to spend 12 quid on it!

This months hair care product was Philip B Drop Dead Straightening Balm. To be honest I never find straightening balms overly amazing, they all do the same job for me. So it will be interesting to see if this is any different, as a full size tube of this costs £17.00!

Now comes two skin care products, firstly the Caudalie Vinosource SOS Thirst-Quenching Serum, I cannot wait to try this as I have been meaning to try a serum for a while now and also I have heard such great things about the Caudalie brand. A 30ml bottle of this costs £29.00.

The last product is Monu Professional Skincare Enriched Body Cream, I hate getting these in my GLOSSYBOX as I have so many body creams and I never feel like you need to put major money into good all over skin. So these products are usually disappointing for me. A full size of this Monu body cream costs £23.00 (ouch!).

So after being pretty pleased this month I've decided to keep my GLOSSYBOX subscription. So see you with another of these posts at the end of May :-)
